Dr. Mawada Hussein is a dedicated Specialist in Medical Oncology with three years of skilled experience in diagnosing and treating various types of cancer. Her extensive experience includes successfully treating over 100 cancer patients annually, utilizing cutting-edge therapies to ensure the best possible results. Dr. Hussein is well-versed in planning and prescribing a variety of anti-cancer treatments across different settings, including adjuvant, neo-adjuvant, and metastatic care. She has substantial expertise in systemic therapies, targeted treatments, and immunotherapy, with a strong ability to manage adverse reactions and adjust dosages to suit individual patient needs. Throughout her career, Dr. Hussein has been actively involved in improving healthcare standards. She participated in multiple hospital quality improvement projects, including Clinical Care Program Certification (CCPC) initiatives, and played a key role in physician and nursing-directed quality education programs. Her proactive approach to patient care extends to pain optimization strategies for complex cases, as well as radiation and nuclear therapy integration for comprehensive cancer management.
