Dr. Subbian Krishnamurthy, M.D., is an accomplished Specialist Histopathologist with over 27 years of post-M.D. experience in pathology. Dr. Krishnamurthy has extensive expertise in managing tertiary care laboratories as a Lab Director, independently reporting Histopathology, Cytology, Hematology, and Clinical Pathology, with a keen interest in GI Pathology and Dermatopathology. His proficiency extends to accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with international standards, and maintaining the highest quality in laboratory practices.
Throughout his career, Dr. Krishnamurthy has demonstrated exceptional leadership in laboratory operations, quality control, and proficiency testing. He has actively participated in tumor board meetings, contributed to infection control initiatives, and played a pivotal role in accreditation preparations, including CAP, ISO15189, and other certifications. His dedication to medical education includes mentoring medical students, supervising laboratory technologists, and organizing continuing medical education (CME) activities.
Dr. Krishnamurthy’s education includes an M.B.B.S. from Coimbatore Medical College and an M.D. in Pathology from Nethaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College.
